Thank you, for choosing Luxury Exotic Customs and Replicas for the restoration of your collectible automobile. It is our desire that the process of restoring your car will be an enjoyable and satisfying one. 

In order to provide guidance for the process of restoring automobiles for our customers, the following policies have been developed to minimize ambiguities during the restoration. 

1. Because of the comprehensive nature of the restoration process, specific estimates or “bids” of the total cost of a restoration project is $______________  (any parts or additional labor needed will be charged at the buyer expense and will not come out of the original total. Buyer will be notified before any additional work is to be done, if additional work needs to be completed to finish the process buyer agree that work will not be done until either additional cost is paid, or agreed to be paid at a future date.  It is most important that this be understood and accepted.   

2.  A deposit of $______________ will be accepted for this build. The remaining balance will be paid at the start of stage 2 and stage 3 in the amount of _____ at start of each stage. This deposit will be applied to work performed and parts and materials consumed until it is depleted. Additional deposits will be required when the parts or additional labor is needed but will be approved by buyer first. This system of placing deposits will be used throughout the course of the restoration, until the completion of work.  ______ (Buyers Initials)

3. Invoices reflecting work performed and the amount of your deposit used will be sent monthly upon clients request, mailed on or before last day of the month. In the event of a balance due on your account, additional work will wait on the new deposit unless otherwise agreed upon by Luxury Exotic Customs and Replicas Llc. 

In the event of a customer initiated “hold” on work, a $375.00 per month storage fee will be assessed until a new deposit or remaining payment is received. If the car is completed and left at the shop, after 4 weeks a charge of $200.00 will be assessed. ______ (Buyers Initials)

4. Restoration charges apply to “time and materials”. Quality, comprehensive restorations of collectible automobiles take time, and will be expensive. Time spent on projects is documented by time clock. A list of parts and paint materials used within the billing cycle is included on the invoice. 

Invoices will include an item titled generically “Body Supplies”, which will include such items as bondo, putty, guide coat, cleaning solvents, rags, HazMat costs, etc. These items are impossible to quantify, but are clearly related to the cost of restoration. General build time for completion is 8-10 months this is an estimation and additional time will be told to buyer of new projected finishes. All parts included with this build are of good quality, if any new parts are needed buyer (if not covered by total balance) is responsible for charges. Please note invoices are to be requested by client for each month, also note that builds updates are posted to the website for client to view weekly, monthly as a curtesy and at no time are updates not posted a reason for stage non-payments. 5. Rust repair on vehicles used as normal transportation will not be guaranteed. 

6. Insurance on the vehicle while in possession of Luxury Exotic Customs and Replicas is the responsibility of the Luxury Exotic Customs and Replicas. Vehicle will be locked and secured at all times.

7. The customer may at any time remove the vehicle upon payment of all outstanding invoices. Vehicles are not released until account balances are paid in full.  

8. Any new customizations wanted while vehicle is in the build stage will be additional and an amount will be given and approved by buyer, and Luxury Exotic Customs and Replicas Llc. Luxury Exotic Customs and Replicas Llc.  is not responsible for work completed by any other shop, all mechanical repair is additional (outside stage 1 or covered in original balance), electrical is covered by Luxury Exotic Replicas. 

9. Any changes made to this agreement buyer will be notified and sent a copy, any parts not sent with the car that are needed for completion will be charged to buyer if not covered in the original balance and custom wanted by customer. Luxury Exotic Customs and Replicas Llc.  has the right to terminate this build if the terms of contract are not meet. Luxury Exotic Customs and Replicas Llc. is not responsible for tires, battery, or any fluids as those are included in mechanical work. 

10. This restoration contract is for the fabrication of functional replica kit. ______ (Buyers Initials) Luxury Eoxtic Customs and Replicas Llc. Will warranty all parts and functionality for 6 month after completion and received by buyer, warranty covers bumper to bumper build related only, damage caused by buyer is not covered and will be at the discretion of Luxury Exotic Customs and Replicas Llc.

11.  Please be advised when you place your deposit you agree to and understand the terms of this agreement , deposit are not refundable, Payments are non-refundable when deposits are placed you agree to the terms and enter a legal bonding agreement please note agreement is effective immediately receipt will be mailed, e-mailed, faxed for customer copy, customers are to print out and notarize a copy of this agreement and send to L.E.C.A.R  any work performed the exceeds your deposit will have to be paid in full before car is released, cars will not be released if there is a negative balance remaining. _______ (Buyers Initials)
